The Finance Department at Global Medical Solutions Hospital Management LLC holds fiduciary responsibility for the Company and provides a range of professional financial services, including: procurement, cash management, budget planning, accounting,  reporting and pay roll processing. Our customers include the Directorate of Medical Services (Abu Dhabi) community, vendors, internal employees and external public and private sector entities.

We try to adapt best business practices to our range of activities and we strive to create a working environment that enables us to use our skills and talents to best serve our customers. The Finance Department staff is aware of, and shares the Company's dedication to customer service and satisfaction.

The Finance Department endeavors to regularly review its practices in an effort to continually improve our services by focusing on our internal and external customers while addressing the needs of all stakeholders, including compliance with existing legal and regulatory requirements.

The Finance Department uses Great Plains system as its Enterprise Resource Project. Having recently introduced this system, we intend to achieve optimum utilization of the system in the near future.

• Preparation of the monthly payroll and remittance to the employees' bank accounts
• Review of invoices and payments to vendors at the appropriate time
• Budgeting and monitoring the financial aspects of the business operations
• Provide financial advisory services related to employee issues and new business development
